Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Blessed Living Cleaning Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning services. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to address any concerns promptly and fairly while maintaining clear expectations for both our clients and our team.
 

Satisfaction Guarantee (Same-Day Resolution)

We ask that all clients inspect the cleaning at the time of service completion.

  • If any area does not meet expectations, please notify us before our team leaves the property or if needed within 24 hours or agreed timeframe of the service completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct any missed or incomplete areas at no additional cost, subject to scheduling availability.

 This ensures we can resolve concerns quickly and maintain the quality of our service.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of cleaning services (which are time-based and completed on-site), refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A service was not performed as agreed

  • A significant portion of the service was missed or incomplete and cannot be reasonably corrected

  • There was a verified service failure directly attributable to our team

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The client was not present for a walkthrough or did not report issues within the stated timeframe

  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences not outlined in the original agreement

  • The condition of the property limited achievable results (e.g., permanent stains, damage, discoloration, worn materials, etc.)

  • Services not included in the original scope were expected without prior agreement

  • External factors beyond our control impacted results (e.g., water damage, heavy buildup beyond disclosed condition, etc.)

Re-Clean vs. Refund

Our primary resolution method is a re-clean, not a refund.

  • If an issue is reported within the appropriate timeframe, we will prioritize correcting the area rather than issuing a refund

  • Refunds, if approved, will typically be partial, based on the portion of service affected

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations within 48hrs  hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply

Payment Disputes

By booking our services, clients agree to contact Blessed Living Cleaning Solutions directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
