Post-Construction Cleaning Includes

General Areas (All Rooms & Surfaces)

• Removal of construction dust from all reachable surfaces

• Detailed dusting of walls, ceilings, and corners

• Cleaning of baseboards, trim, and door frames

• Doors, handles, and light switches wiped and sanitized

• Interior glass and mirrors cleaned (stickers, smudges, light residue removed)

• Window sills, ledges, and tracks cleaned

• Blinds and fixtures dusted (if installed)

• Air vents and returns dusted (external surfaces only)

• Cabinet exteriors cleaned and detailed

• Closet shelves and rods wiped clean

• Cobweb removal throughout

• Floors thoroughly vacuumed (HEPA filter used) and mopped

Kitchen Areas

• Exterior and interior of cabinets and drawers wiped clean

• Countertops cleaned and sanitized

• Backsplash cleaned and detailed

• Sink cleaned and sanitized

• Faucet and fixtures polished

• Appliance exteriors cleaned (protective film removed if applicable)

• Interior of microwave wiped

• Stovetop cleaned

• Removal of dust and debris from all surfaces

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms

• Toilets fully cleaned and sanitized

• Sinks cleaned and sanitized

• Showers and tubs cleaned (removal of dust, light residue, and debris)

• Countertops wiped and disinfected

• Mirrors cleaned streak-free

• Fixtures polished

• Cabinet interiors and exteriors wiped

• Light switches and plates cleaned

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Detail Finishing

• Removal of remaining fine dust from all surfaces

• Spot cleaning of walls (light marks only)

• Edge and corner detailing (where dust settles most)

• Final polish of fixtures, glass, and visible surfaces

• Final walkthrough for quality assurance

• Space left clean, safe, and move-in ready

Debris & Dust Management

• Light construction debris gathered and disposed of (if bagged and accessible)

• Adhesive residue, stickers, and labels removed (where safely possible)

• High-dust areas given extra attention (baseboards, trim, corners)
